1. Subscription Policy
The subscription remains active and continues unless the user modifies, suspends, or cancels it using our specified methods. Any modifications, suspensions, or cancellations will be retained and reflected in future orders. You can modify, suspend, or cancel the subscription from the "My Account" page at any time. Any changes made will be reflected up to 5 business days before the next payment date. There are no restrictions on the number of times you can continue or cancellation fees. Products will be delivered regularly based on the selected item, quantity, and delivery frequency.
3. Sales Price
The price billed will be based on the chosen product and quantity.
4. Payment Timing & Methods
The payment information used at the time of the order will be stored and charged automatically for each subsequent delivery. Typically, the payment will be processed automatically every 30 days from the initial payment date, unless skipped. If the user stops or cancels using our specified methods before confirming the order, there will be no automatic charge.
5. Delivery & Supply Timing
The next order date is calculated based on the delivery frequency chosen from the previous order date. If you choose to skip, the regular purchase for that cycle will be postponed.
6. Cancellation Method

7. Returns, Exchanges, & Cancellations
We pay close attention to product quality. However, in the unlikely event of defects, damage, or if a different product from the ordered item is delivered, please contact us within 8 days of receiving it (via the Contact page). Return the item with the shipping cost borne by us. If an exchange is necessary, we'll promptly send a replacement. The following scenarios are exceptions where returns/exchanges are not accepted:
- More than 9 days have passed since product arrival.
- The product has been used.
- Mistaken orders or dissatisfaction due to customer preferences.
Also, if the shipment is not received due to customer reasons, we'll retain it for 7 days. After this period, only the product price will be refunded. If a refund is not possible due to a convenience store payment, we'll contact you via email. We cover return shipping for defective items. Otherwise, it's the customer's responsibility.
8. Out of Stock Items
If a product is out of stock, the order will be shipped once all products in the order are available. We appreciate your understanding.
