Does it contain fragrance?

Peppermint oil is used for the scent of peppermint.

What should I do to wash it off properly?

The oil content of the treatment may float the oil content of the balm, making it easier to remove.

Can I return the product?

If you need to exchange the product, we will send you a replacement product immediately.


In the following cases, we do not accept returns or exchanges, so please check before purchasing.

・If you have already used the product.
・In the case of customer's convenience, such as ordering the wrong product or disliking it.

In addition, if the customer does not receive the product after it has been shipped, we will keep it for 7 days, after which we will refund only the price of the product. If refund is not possible due to convenience store payment, we will contact you by e-mail.

About return shipping.

We will pay for the defective product. Other charges will be borne by the customer.

Can I cancel?

I want to change my address.

You can purchase with 10% off regular price + free shipping. Also, there is no fixed number of times.

You can skip delivery, change items ordered, change your address, etc. from My Page (the skip function cannot be used twice in a row).

I cannot log in to My Page.

Please send your name and order number via LINE or email (support@ciik.tokyo), specifying that you would like to register an account. An account invitation will be sent to the email address used at the time of purchase.

[If you have already registered an account and cannot log in]

If you are unable to log in, the possible reasons are as follows.

・The email address and password do not match.

・The original member registration information and the registered address such as amazon pay are different.

Is it possible to check the order status and subscription course?

After logging in to My Page , you can check from the account menu "List of regular purchases".

Can I change the combination of shampoo and treatment?

You can change your payment up to 5 business days before the next scheduled payment date from My Page.

Also, depending on the season and changes in hairstyles, concerns and optimal combinations may change, so we recommend that you undergo a hair quality diagnosis again.

What should I do if my hair/scalp concerns change during the treatment?

Depending on the season and hairstyle changes, your concerns and the best combination may change.
We recommend that you have your hair checked regularly.

The combination of shampoo and treatment can be changed up to 5 business days before the next scheduled payment date.

I still have some left over from last time. Is it possible to delay the next shipment date?

You can skip the order by clicking the "Confirm details" of the corresponding subscription plan from the account menu "Subscription list" on My Page, and clicking the "Skip" button. You cannot skip twice in a row.
