For deliveries within Japan:

Standard Delivery: 500 yen. Free Shipping for purchases over 5,000 yen (including tax).

For international deliveries:

Express Courier (Air): Varies depending on the country of residence. Please check at the payment screen.

Additional customs duties and VAT may apply.

Delivery Time

Within Japan Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 11 AM Japan time are shipped the same day (except for confirmation issues or other reasons). Orders placed after 11 AM will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, and Japanese public holidays will be shipped the next business day. *Please note that orders placed after 11 AM on Friday will be shipped the next business day.


International Shipping Shipped within 4 business days (except for confirmation issues or other reasons).

About Cancellation


Once payment is confirmed, products are immediately prepared for shipping. Therefore, we generally do not accept cancellations. Please verify before making your purchase. For cancellations immediately after payment, please contact us through the Contact page with your order number. For cancellations after shipment due to customer's reasons, returns and refunds are accepted only for unopened products. The customer will bear the return shipping costs, and the refund amount will be the product price only. Please note.


Changes in Address or Other Details after Ordering

Once payment is confirmed, products are immediately arranged for delivery. Therefore, we generally do not accept any changes. Please check before placing your order. If there are changes to the shipping address due to customer's circumstances or mistakes after shipping, you will bear the cost for reshipping. For immediate address changes after payment, please contact us through the Contact page with your order number.


About Returns

We pay strict attention to the quality of our products. However, in the rare event that you receive a defective product (damaged or soiled) or a product different from your order, please contact us within 8 days of product arrival and return the product. We will bear the shipping costs for returns (collect on delivery). If a product exchange is necessary, we will immediately send a replacement.


Return Shipping Fee

We will cover the cost for defective products. For all other returns, the cost will be borne by the customer.
