Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

We pay strict attention to the quality of our products. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, such as one that is damaged or soiled, or if the item delivered is different from your order, please contact us within 8 days of receiving the product (via the Contact page). Please return the item with postage paid by us (collect on delivery).

If an exchange is necessary, we will send you a replacement product promptly.

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following situations:

  • More than 9 days have passed since the product was delivered.
  • The product has already been used.
  • The product was ordered by mistake or was not to the customer's liking.

Additionally, if a product is not collected by the customer after being dispatched, we will keep it for up to 7 days. After this period, we will refund only the product price. If a refund is not possible due to payment at a convenience store, we will contact you via email.

Return Shipping Costs

We will cover the return shipping costs in the case of defective products.

For all other reasons, the return shipping will be borne by the customer.
